Read a contract clause by clause, with the risky parts flagged.

Paste terms of service, a lease or an employment contract. Clauses like auto-renewal or forced arbitration are highlighted, any clause can be rewritten in plain English, and two versions can be compared side by side.

The app itself, running inside this page. Anything you do here is saved in your browser.

Ask it to do things

Press Ctrl+K in the app (Cmd+K on a Mac) and describe what you want. The model chooses from the app's own functions, runs them in order and tells you what changed. Some examples:

Can I cancel anytime, and is there a fee?Finds the right clauses and answers with citations.
What changed in the new version?Compares the two versions and summarizes the risk changes.
Is this lease missing anything important?Runs the lease checklist and lists the gaps.

Instructions you save in the same box, such as "keep it short" or "I'm a beginner", are added to every AI request the app makes.
